Ben graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2004, and has since developed significant competency in a variety of Criminal matters.
At Hastings he was student co-chair of the Moot Court department and instrumental in winning several national Moot Court awards. After graduation he went to work in a busy criminal defense practice in San Francisco, representing criminal
defendants in state and federal court, in cases ranging from DUI’s and misdemeanors to gang murders and sex crimes. His criminal practice included the representation of several high-profile cases including the retrial of medical marijuana
guru Ed Rosenthal.
Ben believes strongly in the accused’s constitutional right to a vigorous and effective defense, and remains very much opposed to our country’s so-called “War on Drugs.” In his spare time he is an accomplished professional pianist and music
Ben is licensed to practice in the State of California.
